Reindeer Chow

Crunchy sweet-salty snack coated in white chocolate and festive sprinkles—ready in 35 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rice Chex (or Corn Chex)
  • 2 cups plain popped popcorn
  • 2 cups gluten-free pretzels
  • ½ cup dry-roasted unsalted peanuts (optional)

White Chocolate Coating

  • 9 oz white chocolate, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil

Toppings

  • Christmas sprinkles (as many as you like!)
  • Optional add-ins: mini M&Ms, crushed candy canes

Instructions

  1. In large bowl, combine Chex, popcorn, pretzels, and peanuts. Toss gently.
  2. Melt white chocolate + coconut oil in microwave (30-sec bursts, stirring) or double boiler until smooth.
  3. Pour melted chocolate over mix. Fold until evenly coated.
  4. Fold in Christmas sprinkles and any add-ins.
  5. Spread onto parchment-lined baking sheet in even layer.
  6. Chill in fridge 30 minutes until set.
  7. Break into chunks and serve.
