Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  3. Mix garlic salt, paprika, lemon pepper, and garlic powder; rub evenly over chicken.
  4. Heat avocado oil in large oven-proof skillet over medium-high until shimmering.
  5. Sear chicken one side 4–5 minutes until golden.
