Easy Jalapeno Jam Recipe Spicy & Sweet

This thick and spicy Jalapeno Jam is a simple, tasty condiment with a perfect balance of heat. Great for cheese boards, meats, or snacks!

  • 16 large jalapenos or 4 cups finely minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1.75 ounce package Sure Jell powdered pectin
  • 5 cups white granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Wash, dry, and chop jalapenos and bell pepper into chunks. Pulse in a food processor until finely minced (4 cups total).Canning Jam
